What Are We Teaching the Newcomer?

Newcomers do not learn only from what we say in meetings. They also learn from how we treat one another, how we handle disagreement, whether we practice humility, and whether our lives reflect the principles we talk about.

Today we’ll look at the message our behavior carries. Are we teaching honesty, service, responsibility, and unity—or are we teaching gossip, ego, division, and personalities over principles?

The newcomer is watching. Our example may speak louder than anything we say from the floor.
